Color Run

A little backstory: part of the Kayla Itsines program requires you to do three days of cardio and I had initially been running for those days. Well unfortunately, probably due to my form, everytime I run I experience excruciating pain in my hip. So a few weeks ago I decided I was over running until I could get back to the states and have someone figure out what I was doing wrong. Fast forward to today where I drank a red bull and ran most of a 5k. Soooo my hip is killing me but on the positive side I had SO MUCH FUN.
