Jesus be a fence!

So today was not my day! After eating horribly all last week (I have very large fibroids so when Mother Nature visits me it's not pretty) today was my day to get back on track! My favorite breakfast is a scoop of vanilla protein powder, coffee, tablespoon of butter and some stevia. 
Sound gross? It tastes like a vanilla latte, however if you leave it in the magic bullet too long it gets super foamy and explodes. Too little? Gross little chunks of protein powder. I've gotten it almost down to a science but today it was too chunky and I couldn't even drink it. In addition to that my school is having a week long pd session and today it was horribly boring and completely in arabic. So add that to being hungry and it was just a lovely day all around. However my lunch of turkey and cheese baby carrots and cherry tomatoes was quite nice. Before you ask, yes tomatoes and carrots have carbs but it's really not that many. You have to decide how many carbs you're allotted a day ( I eat between 20-40) and then you can use those carbs however you see fit! Though if you're like me, a carb addict, I would stick to fruits and vegetables because anything else awakens the cravings. Tonight I'm trying two new recipes: cloud bread (for lunch tomorrow) and lchf pizza! I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.
