#2 for breakfast I've been drinking a coffee butter/protein latte thing. I'm sure you've all heard of bulletproof coffee? Well you're supposed to get some fancy coffee, grass fed unsalted butter and some kind of oil or whatever. Well I don't do any of that shit and the thought of only having that until lunch seemed silly so I made regular Nescafé instant coffee threw in a tablespoon of butter, scoop of vanilla whey protein powder and a sprinkle of stevia and *magic bullet* khallas!!!! (That means finished here in the Middle East) It tastes AMAZING. I'm not one of those dieting girls who is going to bullshit you about how things taste. I'm a carb addict remember? Anyways adding the protein powder gives it some nutritional value which made it more acceptable to me than having just coffee for breakfast. Do it.
P.S. If you want to talk about how bulletproof coffee is better Blah blah blah just know that I don't care. I have only child syndrome which means I'm right and you're wrong :)
